Help for creating planning poker rooms, inviting participants, voting, revealing estimates, and understanding account or billing behavior.
Create a room
Open the homepage, enter your name, choose a room title if needed, select a deck, and create the room. Share the invite link or room code with your team.
Join a room
Use the invite link from your facilitator or enter the short room code on the homepage. If the room is not found, ask the facilitator to confirm the code.
Vote and reveal
Participants choose cards privately. The facilitator should reveal only after the relevant voters have selected a card so the estimate is not anchored early.
Billing and accounts
Free rooms cover core estimation. Paid plans add higher limits, longer history, custom decks, exports, and governance features for teams that plan every sprint.
Troubleshooting checklist
- Refresh the page if realtime state appears stale.
- Confirm the room code with the facilitator.
- Ask the facilitator to reveal only after all required voters are ready.
- Use a modern browser with JavaScript enabled.
- Contact support if billing, account, or room access problems continue.
